Wilton Kneads empowers young adults with disabilities by providing meaningful employment and vocational training in a bakery setting. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, live with dignity, and make choices about their future. We equip our young adult staff with the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging they need to thrive as contributing members of their community.
